Application scope: |
As a special purpose furnace, the airtight box furnace can be used for heat treatment of materials in controlled atmospheres (argon, nitrogen, synthetic gas, etc.) with minimal gas leakage and a maximum temperature of 900 ℃. It can be used for closed annealing, closed tempering, closed welding, and sintering of steel powder. |

- The furnace frame is made of medium steel;
- Stainless steel airtight furnace liner, with cooling at the inlet of the liner;
- The sealing of the door is achieved by silicone rubber;
- Overvoltage protection vent;
- On the right side of the furnace is the protective gas input port;
- The insulation of the furnace is achieved by lightweight refractory bricks;
- The electric heating wire on the side is wrapped around the ceramic tube, while the electric heating wire at the bottom of the furnace is installed in the groove of the refractory material;
- The electrical system is installed on the back of the furnace;
- Install a safety switch on the door;
- The temperature controller industry can store 30 control programs in memory, each of which includes 15 temperature steps. The operator can start the selected program on the preset date and time because the temperature controller has a real-time clock system;
- K-type thermocouple;
- Semiconductor non-contact relay;
- Built in gas circulation device.
